I couldn't see the back of my Kawaski Mule with side mirrors very well so I decided to order this inside rear view mirror. It arrived quickly and was well packaged and to my surprise it almost exactly matches the stock side mirrors that came with my mule. Good size and the hardware seems to be of decent quality although the ball, base and all clamps are plastic they should hold up well. Mounting to the crossbar under the windshield was fairly easy with the three clamps and sockets provided, and mine took the larger of the three when I used the socket with it. The equipment supplied was adequate except that the washing machine was WAY too small - luckily I have hundreds of washing machines in my workshop so no big deal. (I would advise the manufacturer to include a larger washer to prevent the bolt from being pushed through the slotted holes in the clamp - probably poor engineering.) Don't knock off the sprocket, but I tend to be mechanical. In addition, the assembly took no more than 10 minutes and I am very satisfied with the mirror. Now it certainly helps with reversing, it's pretty solid and only vibrates a bit at certain speeds, not much more than other mirrors. It is an exact replica of the stock mirror, the black matches the others and is worth a fraction of what the dealer asked for. I really liked the mirror, I recommend it to everyone!
