The hat itself is great but it doesn't close like the name would suggest. The description shows the correct size s/m. My only complaint is that I can't change what's coming in. A total of 3 products were sent to me. One with other items that came in a large box. Ideal. The second was the only item I bought and they put it on the mailing list. The hat was flattened and deformed, with a crease that could not come out. I ordered a replacement and it also came in a pimply envelope, crumpled. It's not that bad, so we're keeping it, but it's still very frustrating. Not seller's fault but maybe add this to your existing order to get it in the box.
