The battery life is not as long as stated. I've been using it for almost two hours and the signal started showing weird clicks. The power indicator was red, which meant it needed to be recharged. If you use it at concerts, charge it between sets if you play for more than two hours. The sound quality is quite good and the distance performance is sufficient. I was about 40 feet from the furthest point and there was no noticeable drop in signal. I didn't use multichannel. I didn't notice the option to buy another transmitter separately, so I can't say if it works as advertised. For the price, it's fine if you don't mind reloading frequently. I haven't owned the kit long enough to determine if the battery capacity decreases over time, but I wouldn't be too surprised if it did.
