Battery life as expected, first gig tomorrow

I was skeptical. I had another wireless guitar system that I didn't want to take to gigs because I had a lot of interference from the neon lights in my studio/rehearsal room. I decided to ride as much as possible without charging. I gave a few guitar lessons, took her to a few rehearsals, played her for hours at church, one more guitar lesson, and then she died in the middle of that guitar lesson. So I would say about 10 hours from the first charge. I got this one because it boasted 8 hours onโ€ฆ

The signal is good, but the charge does not last long.

The battery life is not as long as stated. I've been using it for almost two hours and the signal started showing weird clicks. The power indicator was red, which meant it needed to be recharged. If you use it at concerts, charge it between sets if you play for more than two hours. The sound quality is quite good and the distance performance is sufficient. I was about 40 feet from the furthest point and there was no noticeable drop in signal. I didn't use multichannel. I didn't notice theโ€ฆ

I'm free to do whatever I want, anytime!

This is fantastic! Plug and play couldn't be simpler - turn them on and they connect. The plugs are great quality, I'm a little worried about their lightweight construction, but really REALLY worth omitting the wire for my main purpose which is practice. I connect the receiver to my looper connected to my Focusrite 2i2 and my iMac, to my GIG PERFORMER app and then to my DAW Logic. I love dropping the cord! When I record something I use wire and the rest of the time I fake it. I usually train aโ€ฆ

This is a good product

I connected my devices to charge. I tried them after 30 minutes. They work fine. I've been waiting for a day. I've played with them and did a test by running around my house while playing, 30-40 feet across 3 walls or 2 rooms. All is well. I don't smash or break my guitars to avoid abuse. I can't afford more than 1335 so I play without rock poses. Yes, you can break them if you're just an axe-wielding monkey. It's nice to get rid of the 15ft cable when gaming, rehearsing and recording. I played

This unit was the best 5.8GHz system I tried. Only Lekato 2.4Ghz WS-80 was better than this system. You can also see my review of this system on Revain where I explain why it was the best of the 11 systems. I'm leaving a 2.4GHz system and a 5.8GHz system in case of interference at the concert, so I'm leaving this one. All the UHF devices came back because none of them could hold a note like a wire. But that is exactly what Getaria GWS-26 does. It's a little quieter than wired, but the sound isโ€ฆ

Great product for a home studio

I'm a big fan of these wireless systems in general. If you do get up and step on the instrument cable, you'll become a fan when you switch. Probably the hardest part is figuring out which of the many systems and different price points is best for your situation. I won't pretend to have the answer for you, but I can say it does for my needs, which are pretty basic. Practice and play alone in my home studio and some limited digital recording with a garage band. Big. This is my second sentenceโ€ฆ
