Good quality inner tube - holds air pressure with no leaks.
Good quality chamber - holds air well. Take your time installing the tube and make sure the inside of the tire is clean. I use 50-55 psi hoses. I lose less than 5psi a week by riding every day. Excellent value for money and quality.
