The easy to use platform, the ease of management from desktop, mobile or web browsers; everything is integrated beautifully allowing you to see all your information in one place! - Not much since it's very intuitive.- It does sometimes crash but this doesn't happen that often so I haven't found anything super annoying about using Cre8. If you're looking into content automation then this is definitely something worth checking out. We've automated our social media campaigns, email communications as well as generating leads for sales efforts with our clients through automated emails sent by content managers. I like the features of the platform. It is very easy to use and has an intuitive interface. It has a lot of integrations with other systems. Also, the team is very helpful and responsive. It would have been nice if there were more modules and functionality. However, I don't think this is a major problem. I like that we can easily pull in leads from different sources and then segment them. It is a very useful tool for us.
