This pillow is slightly softer and flatter than the Boppy brand pillow. For a short person with a short torso, it is sometimes better to use a pillow with a lower height. And this pillow comes with a small baby pillow to compensate for its flatter shape. It's also deeper than the Boppy, giving baby more room to lay on their back and rest after they've finished suckling. The buckle waist belt is actually very useful when I need it, although I don't use it often. Cotton is really soft and smooth. The print is cute and gender neutral. My son also likes to use the pillow as a pad. I don't use the little pocket but that's a cool feature. Mobile phone, nipple cream, pacifier - everything fits in.
