
But they are decent enough. I've been looking for a plain old black steel convection skillet similar to the original one that came with my oven but can't seem to find it. I decided to try this one at the same time. They are Teflon(?) covered but get dirty easily. I haven't noticed any warping, but I don't usually use high heat in the oven. Also, they drip some of that rusty water that others have mentioned. I assume it's because they've been washed in the dishwasher, which probably shouldn't be done. I think a light hand wash is probably enough for this pan.
