Absolutely NO CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS. But I'll save you some time as I've already wasted my time figuring this out: - remove the foil completely - under the foil there is a lid/cap, small, round and clear; Remove it - Open the toilet tank (where the flush water is stored) - Drop it into the tank - The device will float for a while, then bubbles will come out when water enters (this is GOOD, it means it's working) - Close the tank cap and wait at least 10 minutes before flushing or going to the toilet. This turns your toilet water BLUE. Which is nice gives it a cleaner look. Once the water returns to its normal color, return to the tank and remove the device. In general, the product is not bad, but the lack of instructions annoyed me a little. At first I thought I should have thrown it in the toilet, but common sense yelled at me until I realized I probably should have thrown it in the tank instead.
