Review on Import2 by Brian Rivenbark

The support team was always helpful, attentive to my questions/comments as I made changes in our database design etc., quick turnaround time for fixes & updates! It's very easy using this software - anyone can use it with little training required! There are some features like exporting reports which could be more user friendly (ease of access). This product also has no integration capability when compared against other products such as CloudMagic where we have direct sync capabilities without needing to export files first. We were able to migrate all contacts from one CRM system into another via Import 2 within about 1 hour after receiving confirmation by email from their tech guy who did most of setup work.
