You have to use the right amount or it won't be as effective. This will not affect the stoma, so you can rub both sides of the pouch directly against it. Helps with the pancake effect that many people experience. I've tried them all and even home remedies like baby oil and adding scented drops. It works, but the smell is too strong for me even without aroma drops. And when the oil gets on the tail it seems to attack the material of the bag and every time after a few days it starts to tear. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ADAPT!
