I use this laptop as a work computer (I do 3D design in CAD software). It was great but I had some other issues. Within a week of getting my first laptop, my battery died and wasn't charging more than 3%. I contacted Razer (they were very helpful) and after sending the original and waiting about 2 weeks they sent me a new replacement. It's been about 2 weeks since the replacement and the only complaint so far is the mouse trackpad. It starts to stick and stays pressed. I use a wireless mouse for the most part, but when the trackpad gets stuck it's pretty annoying. I've gotten to the point where I avoid using the trackpad, so I don't click on it. Not entirely happy with this laptop but feature wise I had no issues with my 3D design. However, given the other issues listed and the overall cost of the computer, I have no plans to purchase another Razer laptop in the future (I'm a bit sad as this was my first Razer product). Hope this helps anyone looking at this computer.
