Could be beneficial to most.
Due to an recent infection, and after antibiotics, I found that I've lost the ability to hear certain lower frequencies. I was hoping that this product could bring back those frequencies but it can't. Altogether though it is a nice product and I now use it to moisturize both ears and the warm drops seem to soother the ear when used. and yes, it has to be warmed to use.
