This is a towel rail large enough to hold extra towels on the shelf and wide enough for two hangers of bath towels and hand towels. The matte finish is attractive, and despite the fact that everything else we have is chrome, it looks good. You get everything you need for installation, including the right size allen wrench (a handy addition to my faucet handle tightening tool kit) and two sets of different plugs. Our install is trickier than most because we have drywall covering the old tiles with a gap in between, so installing anything in the wall requires a bunch of drills, bits and anchors; but now it's up, level and securely fastened to the wall.
