Do you want soft light?
This double diffuse thing is the softest light I've ever used, it makes anyone, even the ugliest person, look really gorgeous right away. Highly recommended. It's really easy to break down and set up, I've only used it a couple of times but I can set it up and take it down easily and in less than a minute.
