I like how it can be used to track user behavior, but also has features that enable you have more control over what data is being collected about users' usage of apps or websites within an app - this allows for better management if certain use cases are not working out as intended (or at all). It's difficult using without having some knowledge around analytics/data collection tools such as Google Analytics; however with time most people become familiar enough wtih its functionality & capabilities so there aren't too many issues once they get started! We've been able to see which parts our customers engage by taking screenshots from their phones before / after interacting through one particular feature we're developing. This gives us insight regarding where we need additional development resources when creating new products & services because those areas tend focus heavily upon engagement points rather than simply getting them onto pages etc., therefore helping reduce churn rates overall.
