I feel good about sending it back

The fabric is soft but fit in my daughter's hands but fell off her shoulders. So it's a wide fit. And was very wrinkled after taking it straight out of the dryer. Even if I were a master ironer (didn't have time to iron) I couldn't because of the flip part. Send back.
