Great Light Blocks Blue Ultraviolet Light

Really worth the money. Gives the right hue, the right yellow light. It's not a magic pill if you have severe sleep problems, but it's another tool in the toolbox for those with severe insomnia. You really need to learn how to put it on at least two hours before bed. No TV (unless you have filter glasses, https://www.amazon.com/Cyxus-Blocking-Anti-glare-Anti-eyestrain-Computer/dp/B0199TYGSO/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1505677952&sr= 8 -3&keywords =filter+blue light+UV+glasses) or computer if they don't have blue light filters. This bulb can be a bit pricey, but don't let the "Yellow Christmas Lights" fool you. wrong light. Get some glasses to relax before bed and if you can't do without a TV go to the link above and find some UV/blue light filtering glasses, it makes a world of difference. Glasses take a little getting used to, but they reduce eye strain and help you fall asleep. I love this light!
