Review on 🧘 Himalayan Glow Pink Salt Lamp with 5 Stone Massage Balls, Night Light – Wooden Base, 6-8 Pounds by Jim Cronin

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Only light, does not purify the air, does not help with mood or nasal congestion, not even salty!

Two weeks of continuous use, nice bright soothing color and nice detail on the corner to fill in blanks BUT, nothing medical, nothing scientific! It won't change your mood, it won't help your morning blues, and it won't help your stuffy nostrils. It's all sales pitch, marketing fluff, do your research and try it, experimentation is a good way to find out, but also science has no evidence or conclusions to do everything they promise. Pros: light is good, dimmable, heavy weight, comes with spare bulbs, cool looking piece on the corner to fill the empty space around the house. Cons: regular lightbulb, not LED so it burns money, the lightbulb has no protection, you're leaning on heavy, hard balls of salt that can break and make a mess so not the safest, it doesn't do your sinuses, your allergies or stuffy nose, nothing! all marketing stuff. It doesn't help alleviate your morning grumps or sadness or change your mood, but it does change the color of the ambient light. It doesn't relieve my sore muscles after a workout, before a rainy day or after a long day, it doesn't relieve tight muscles or relieve cramps. doesn't purify the air as we checked with air quality control devices, it's all advertising junk. Ionization (biggest bs) not sure if it's real himalayan salt, doesn't taste like it at all, zero salinity.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Weight
