This thing starts a little pump that can clog for some reason. Simple solution: use a 10ml medical syringe, which you can get for free at any local pharmacy (ask your pharmacist), fill it with water, remove the water tank and insert the syringe into the rubber hole the water is drawn into the tank, turn on the steamer and, while holding the trigger, pump water into the pump using a syringe. Do not move too fast to avoid damaging the pump. It only takes 5-10 seconds to push through. Voila! It's fixed!
