We are using fluent stream to manage all our VoIP communications, it is very easy to integrate with most of the softwares we use in the office. It works very well for us. I've nothing to dislike about this product. This is an excellent tool for managing your VoIP communications. It makes things much easier when you have multiple locations or employees working remotely. The customer support from fluent stream is amazing. They are always willing to help, even if they are not familiar with the software. They will get someone who knows how to use the software and can assist you as soon as possible. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good VoIP communication solution. Easy integration with MS Office 365, Skype, Slack, Zoom, Teams etc. It has made our lives so much easier since we started using it.
