I bought this speaker set from stock and it arrived in non-working condition. I called DS18 direct as I had a good voiceover deal to see if they could help me. They were easy to reach and quickly understood the problem. Not only did they provide their Miami factory with a shipping label, but they unpacked it within 3 days. They fixed my broken speakers they didn't even sell me! This is the type of service you would expect from a top speaker company and they did NOT disappoint! Now they're installed and you're unlikely to be able to talk to each other in the boat if you run.
