Good weight, cuts cleanly
I needed a nice set of steak knives. So far, these have worked very well. I have not tried it with chicken yet but with steak, it cuts very nicely and very smooth. No ragged edge cuts or lots of pressure to cut. Nice weight to knife, not too heavy, not too light.
