Missing pump tubing that dips into product preventing product from pumping out
After the pump stopped working after about 3 uses I opened the lid and found there was no plastic tubing that went in the product was literally an inch long. This is essentially the top of the pump, but you have to unscrew it to get the product out. It's inconvenient to remove the entire top every time you need the product, not to mention it introduces all sorts of bacteria into the product. I'm serious, is this the best they could do?
