I can't get rid of the feel and smell of this cleaner. I've been trying for over a month now and it seems greasy (although I know it's not). I just don't feel like my skin is clear. I'm sure it's an attempt not to smell like perfume, but it smells awful. I will definitely not buy it again. Feels slimy.

Most of my siblings have always had severe acne, not quite eczema but close to it. I was one of the lucky ones who didn't have acne problems, I got a few pimples from time to time but I've never had as many pimples as when using this product. My forehead is full of bumps and my chin is lined with pimples. Please do not buy!

After the pump stopped working after about 3 uses I opened the lid and found there was no plastic tubing that went in the product was literally an inch long. This is essentially the top of the pump, but you have to unscrew it to get the product out. It's inconvenient to remove the entire top every time you need the product, not to mention it introduces all sorts of bacteria into the product. I'm serious, is this the best they could do?

Slightly better than other cleansers, but contains propylparaben and stings a bit. I don't recommend using this even if you don't have sensitive skin as it can make your acne worse.

DO NOT wet your face with water before using this product! Massage the product directly onto dry skin. It moisturizes your skin and removes dirt and excess oil. You can even leave it on your skin to absorb it better. When you wash it off, your skin will feel extremely hydrated and clean, and your natural oils will not be stripped away. It's very gentle. I have sensitive skin with rosacea. I saw somewhere on the web that this was suggested to help with this, so I thought I'd give it a try. It seems to cleanse my skin well and doesn't sting as much as other cleansers, but it does sting when I apply it. It doesn't seem to help me moisturize my face or soothe my skin at all.
