I generally purchased it, but I skipped the specialty bread. So I tested to see what it was. The bread is seen in the first shot after I simply dried it a little bit at the first roasting level. Photos 2 and 3: I replaced the piece and switched it on to the second level immediately after the first level. Internally soft despite being slightly burned. The fourth and fifth images show a fresh slice that I roasted on the fourth level in an unheated toaster. On the one hand, it fried more, but perhaps this was because the second tray was unoccupied? I'm not sure. It's simple to remove the crumb tray. I am satisfied overall.
