I originally bought it in 2016. I installed it under the sink in our basement with a faucet just above the sink and a feed line to the fridge in the upstairs kitchen. I remember that we had problems with the installation at the time. If my memory serves me, I did something wrong and broke something (typical). When I finished installing after my first purchase, I remembered that I had to contact support. I was completely amazed that a real person answered my call. Not just one person, but a COMPETENT person who knew the product, knew immediately what my problem was and used all the tricks in the book he could use and just solved my problem. There were no games. No long waits or waits. No offensive questions or comments. It really was one of the best consumer experiences I've ever had. So here I am back at Revain to get replacement filters and see what you know. I broke something again. I had to call for help again and SIX YEARS after purchase I had the exact same customer service experience. This company can take my money. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Sean!
