To be honest I freaked out.

I originally bought it in 2016. I installed it under the sink in our basement with a faucet just above the sink and a feed line to the fridge in the upstairs kitchen. I remember that we had problems with the installation at the time. If my memory serves me, I did something wrong and broke something (typical). When I finished installing after my first purchase, I remembered that I had to contact support. I was completely amazed that a real person answered my call. Not just one person, but a…

6 years and still!

We bought this system in 2013 after the Kenmore system we only had for a few years became too expensive. We paid a lot more for the Kenmore system so I thought this one was too good to be true. But we tried. It was wonderful! We have much better drinking water (our city is famous for its dirty water) and filters are very cheap. Not only that, the prices haven't changed noticeably in the last 6 years, which is quite different from Kenmore. Despite our terrible water, we can use the filters for…

I received these quickly and in perfect condition. No parts are missing, although I bought a few hookups after the sale because I wanted to hook up a fridge and water for the ice maker. Very easy to install. The instructions are very informative and very well illustrated. There is a great 16 minute video on YouTube that walks you through the installation. I first contacted customer service because I had a detailed question about exactly how a 2-way valve works (I'm a nerd). The third call was…

Great filter system!

My water comes straight from a deep well and contains a lot of sediment and metals. My system is set to iSpring 5-Stage with the entire home filter and descaling filter. I've had this installed for almost a year and it's been great. It filters all the bad stuff out of my water and tastes amazing! Another house that has the same fountain as mine has Culligan instead of iSpring, and I have to say iSpring water tastes ten times better than Culligan. iSpring water also tastes better than the…

good product! - Under sink and countertop filtration

Update: So I had a few small issues with this. I have to say their customer service is PHENOMENAL. Because of this I still have a high rating and will be buying another filter from them because they stand behind their product which I really appreciate. First review which I will update some time after purchase. My old 3-stage vortex filter broke (the replacement was $40 for a small piece of plastic - thought it was time to just buy another unit. After researching and comparing prices, this was a

It's time to improve our simple two-stage water filtration system!

The old Sears two-stage activated carbon water filter wasn't good enough. This made the water tastier, but didn't remove the unwanted dissolved solids. We bought bottled water anyway, it tastes better. It's time to make the switch to a reverse osmosis water filtration system!► WARNING. This product review was originally posted on April 17, 2017 but disappeared so I resubmitted it! Pros: + I stumbled across a great Revain deal worth $142.78 for free shipping when I bought it in 2016! + Fairly…
