We bought this system in 2013 after the Kenmore system we only had for a few years became too expensive. We paid a lot more for the Kenmore system so I thought this one was too good to be true. But we tried. It was wonderful! We have much better drinking water (our city is famous for its dirty water) and filters are very cheap. Not only that, the prices haven't changed noticeably in the last 6 years, which is quite different from Kenmore. Despite our terrible water, we can use the filters for over 6 months if needed with no loss of quality. And make this system a 10 star system. We ONLY had our first issue this month; a tank that needed charging (easy) and a broken part. I couldn't find a replacement part online, mainly because I wasn't sure what it's called exactly (it turns out it's called an automatic shut-off valve, which they sell replacement parts for). I contacted the company with pictures asking for help and received a quick (less than 1 business day) response not only telling me they were selling one but offering to have it shipped to me for free! (Oh, and the support rep is someone who speaks clear English with great spelling and grammar - so refreshing!) This is a great company and I'm so glad we took the risk and bought this system 6 years ago to have. I will continue to buy replacement parts or even buy this system again if the need arises. We couldn't be happier!
