I received these quickly and in perfect condition. No parts are missing, although I bought a few hookups after the sale because I wanted to hook up a fridge and water for the ice maker. Very easy to install. The instructions are very informative and very well illustrated. There is a great 16 minute video on YouTube that walks you through the installation. I first contacted customer service because I had a detailed question about exactly how a 2-way valve works (I'm a nerd). The third call was answered over the phone and the gentleman I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I felt my business was truly valued. Plus, they're made in the USA! The entire installation took a few hours to flush the filters and storage tank. The rest of the installation was a lot easier than I expected. Also, it takes up less space under my sink than I initially thought. Don't forget to get a basic water pressure gauge and water quality tester to help with the installation. and give you rest As for taste. My water entering the home has been tested at 502ppm which is considered fair to good. The water coming out of this filter is tested at 23 ppm. This is a significant drop and is considered "excellent”. And what's the best. My water now has NO taste. at least I can't say. And believe it or not, reverse osmosis water has a different and more pleasant texture. My tasteless reverse osmosis water tastes so much better than those plastic bottles and my coffee has improved a lot. Also, I am now contributing far less to a plastic landfill in the Pacific. Hooray.! All in all, this is the best water filtration system I have ever bought. Thank you Ispring for a fantastic product!
