Works well but not great. I'm 6ft 2in and 255lbs. Most of the excess weight is in my stomach and I carry some in my "man boobs". I didn't expect a miracle from this body shaper, but I hoped it would help. make my "man boobs" shrink when I put on some of my tighter polo shirts. The vest pulled my stomach in a bit and pulled my chest up a bit (but not as well as I was hoping). ). Second, it wasn't as tight as I thought it would be. I bought XXL, not XL. I can try again and this time I'll take the XL in the hope that it will be tight. However, I had another issue that I'm not sure the smaller size will solve: the seams running down the front of the vest were showing under my tighter polo shirts. made me give up the vest completely. Khan usually resulted in more sweating, but that was to be expected. To be honest it didn't really bother me as the sweat didn't show up on my shirt and seemed to be absorbed/blocked by the vest. If I try on a smaller vest again I will definitely update my review and let everyone know if a smaller size is important.
