Review on 🔌 Wireless Timing Remote Control Kit for Ceiling Fan by Greg Simms

This review is from the Ceiling Fan Remote Control Kit. . The remote control transmitter and receiver have been previously paired, so no DIP switch setting is required. The wiring was correct (black for the fan, blue for the lights) so I didn't have the issues other reviewers reported. The receiver is very tight. in the housing of the fan shroud, so care must be taken not to pinch the wires during installation; It suits my fan though. Controls work as expected; Note that the light control is a simple on/off, not a dimmer function (for my purposes, on/off is the best solution). A soft beep when using the remote is useful to me as it indicates that the receiver has responded to the transmitter. I probably won't use the timer feature; nice to know it's there, just in case. I'm happy with the product and immediately ordered a second unit to use in another ceiling fan that also didn't have the original remote working.
