I expected I could slip these on. The laces have some elastic give, but even taking out the first pair of holes I couldn’t getthem on without a struggle. I have arthritis so can’t bend much in knees and right hip and I had trouble grabbing the tabs on the heels. Also, there is no info about the shoes included on the box or inside the shoes, such as place of manufacture, material content, brand name. there was a notice sent apologizing for the delay in shipping, with a comment that the package was damaged in shipping. It arrived well within the delivery estimate. it was packed in a box with no textual description (size, brand etc) either printed inside the shoes or on the packaging, except that inside the lid was a statement that ‘this item has been repackaged in recyclable, frustration-free packaging because the original box was damaged in transit”. Preprinted!? Was a whole shipping container damaged while on the transit vehicle so they have a supply of these cartons So why wasn’t the delivery held up? Is this a common situation? I have never seen this before and do a lot of shopping from Ebay since I am home bound. It was delivered to my home by Ebay. Now I don’t trust this seller, likely providing a cheap knockoff and priced higher than very similar products. I will return the shoes, and avoid buying this type of product without trying it on, in other words from a local merchant. Don’t want to pay for the return shipping along with the other problems noted. I don’t work out or whatever but need good support, which is why I rated it as one star; a buyer without my physical problems might find the shoes perfectly adequate.
