I have to say this is the best dual monitor USB 3.0 docking station I can find and I've tested a lot. It's well priced, reliable, and works well with every brand and type of PC I've tried it with (there have been six different brands/models of Windows 10 laptops so far), including two different Microsoft models. SurfaceBook and various HP and Dell models. So far I've bought six of these (between home and work needs) for myself, family members and office staff and have been great every time. Download the updated DisplayLink software from the website and update the DisplayLink software when new versions are released. It has nothing to do with this product, it's just that patches and updates from Microsoft have broken products with DisplayLink chips in the past.
