My '93 Mercury Capri sat under the carport for a year and no cleaning of the convertible top seemed to make a difference. I live in New Mexico and the mud and sand blows all the time. It just looked ugly and dirty. A year and a half ago there was a new top. I sprayed UV Protection 303 on it and let it dry. I didn't wipe anything. The top is like new again. I have used this for my tires on all my vehicles and also for the lower plastic trim on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Just amazed at the improvement this has brought. I have previously tried two other products on my Jeep plastic and was very disappointed. I have just ordered two more bottles of 303 Protectant. i love this stuff
