Good Product: Massagers
It's smaller than I thought. They say it's flexible, but in reality it's not. You can only spread it, so if you have big feet/hands it probably won't fit, or it will dig into your skin really uncomfortably! I'm 5ft 7in, 178 and it really feels like a very deep tissue massage! I have to roll it very slowly to keep up with the tightness. I think this will help relieve muscle tension and improve blood flow, but wish it opened wider for comfort! I probably wouldn't buy again.
