The system is easy to use for both customers (retailers) as well as partners who have their own products or services that are sold through third-party platforms like Sikkla. It also gives us real visibility into our customer data at all times - there's no guessing games when we're trying to understand what kind of consumer behaviour trends we should be aware off! We don't really dislike anything about this software so far but I guess if you were looking forward to something specific then maybe it could work differently than how they do things today? You can track your business performance across different channels very easily using Sikka platform. This helps me keep track of my marketing efforts from one channel to another.
