This would be a good bag if it weren't for the following: First, it didn't have regular paper on the inside to keep the bag from rolling and wrinkling. Also, the faux leather smelled like chemicals so I had to send it back. Customer service was excellent as usual. The zippers were closed but there were open slits so it was hard to tell if the zippers would work later. Also note that the bag isn't very big, a nice little handy size. I really wanted to like it.
