Review on Gaiam Relax Neck Shoulder Wrap by Omar Bokil

I only recommended this product because I really need it for pain relief. This is a great idea but I have to keep buying because the back (patterned side) is thinner material and the rice or whatever in it should burn a hole in the material and seep out. I just bought another one 2 days ago and it's already leaking! You need to make both sides with thicker material! Is it expensive! I will probably stop supporting your company! Customer service was terrible. They kept repeating the instructions! I didn't break them but they repeated and offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase! Serious! I told them to contact the supervisor directly and I heard no response.
