I sprained my ankle last year it was a grade 3 injury and recently I've had problems with this ankle when I was working and needed extra support so I decided to give it a try, and no . the latter did not leave the house with him for a long time. Velcro, if you want to call it crap, doesn't really have a place to attach itself, but it does have a little triangle it can't hold up. It is uncomfortable with and without shoes. I paid almost $18 for it and will end up donating it because unfortunately for me it is useless for my money which seems to have cheated me. I should just go back to the air bandage my doctor put on me. Try at your own risk.
