Review on 🐾 Primitives by Kathy Dog Wall Hook Board, 10" x 8" - Never Walk Alone by Brian Chatum

There are several reviews that suggest the product arrived with no parts or looked second hand. Mine did too. One of the hooks wasn't at all connected. The product arrived in a plastic bag and the screws that connected the hook were nowhere in the package. Very disappointing. I started asking for a return but didn't reach the post office. As a result I have in the garage dug and found some very small screws to attach the hook to the back, i found two more screws to stick into the wall to hang it easy fix if you have a collection of loose screws what i go for Lucky me :) Looks great and overall I'm happy with it. I would give five stars overall if they sent an undamaged product.
