I was looking for a budget tv stand to not overspend. I stumbled across this and liked that it wasn't too expensive. It had some open shelves which I liked because the cords are easier to tie. It arrived quickly, which made me happy. It wasn't difficult to assemble; All you really need is a rubber mallet. Visually, it has a sleek, modern look that blends into almost any environment. The material isn't solid wood, but I knew beforehand that it wasn't. In fact, the material at least makes this stand easy to move. I recommend this item to anyone who just wants to bring some light into their home, or someone like me who is on a tight budget but needs a good TV stand. However, if you have small children or violent pets I would not recommend this as this stand is likely to get a lot of scratches. In other words, this is not a high traffic article. I have a quiet place so this stand suits me.
