Almost didn't work after installation. Made loads of weird noises and had trouble turning it on/off or adjusting the speed. I reinstalled it 2 times to make sure everything was done right. I bought it in May during a renovation project but didn't install it until July. When I noticed it was a lemon and asked Revain for a return/replacement, they told me it had been 30 days so contact the manufacturer instead. Minky customer service has sent a new transponder to fix connectivity issues (power on/off and speed change). . It didn't work so they sent a second one (which again didn't work). This all happened within 6 months because I had to get my electrician to come back and reinstall it. Finally, even though it's covered by a 1 year factory warranty, customer service told me they wouldn't send me a new one and I had to deal with Revain. I'm so mad because I now have a $500 piece of shit hanging from my ceiling.
