The mount is inexpensive and fits my 27" LG 27UD88-W well Monitor. Even after paying double the value of the item for shipping outside of the US, I found the price very reasonable. I found the build quality to be solid and didn't have any issues like stripper screws or screws that can't be removed. However, the product that was sent to me is slightly different from what is pictured on the Revain and on the box lid. I had three holes instead of two, ie another hole in the middle. In the Revain photos and on the product packaging, the wall mount has only one hole at the top and one at the bottom. The manual that came with it says I need to use 3 snap bolts and wall anchors to mount it to my concrete wall. However, the product only comes with 2 anchor bolts and wall anchors. I don't think this is a problem as my monitor isn't heavy and the anchor bolts are rated for heavy loads so two would probably be enough. I decided to write to them anyway. At first they said they sent me the missing rock anchor and wall anchor but when they found out I wasn't in the US they were surprised and asked for my Revain part number. After some exchanges I was told that two would be enough for a concrete wall and that was it. So even though I'm down one rock anchor and one wall anchor and couldn't solve this problem with them, their support was quick even over the weekend. Another issue was that the mount came with a part that was not properly assembled. The part that attaches the TV plate to the wall plate has a hook that allows you to hang the monitor while screwing in the screws to fix the monitor. This has the advantage that you can assemble the monitor yourself, since you don't have to balance the monitor by tightening the screws. However, I had part of the mount attached the wrong way round, so I had to disassemble it and change direction. Not a big problem but surprised it wasn't assembled properly. Finally, the center screw that lets you tighten the monitor's 360-degree rotation doesn't work really well. I couldn't tighten it enough to prevent accidentally rotating the monitor. Screws and washers were well packaged and organized. Overall I recommend this mount despite the above issues.
