This is just great. They are a good size (similar to the Little People but slightly larger). They are not made of the same material as Little People but are made of softer and shinier rubber/plastic. They are compressible. My only son thinks this is a great teething toy (he's still a baby) and the other son loves to let his imagination run wild with the rest. These would make a great birthday gift, we've used them as stocking fillers, or they would be good for a child who loves Sesame Street.
