I had foot surgery and had to sit and shower. I chose this because the hose was long enough to reach the floor (many hoses aren't that long) and the price was right. I was expecting to use it for 6 weeks while I heal and then put the original shower head back on but the quality is better than I expected and we can just leave it on when I can get up to shower again. The hose seems really well made compared to some I've bought from local hardware stores in the past. Next to the handle is a silver swivel piece that we removed because we can easily turn off the water on the wall. There is also a small red plastic flow restrictor in the top port which we left in place but it can be removed if you need more pressure. I would definitely buy this again.
