The bracket fits my new 32" TV that I bought for my RV. Be sure to read and follow the installation instructions as I installed them upside down so the bracket covers didn't work (they are not really needed in my opinion) Only thing I didn't like was that the adjustment screw didn't seem to hold the TV flat when open but it was easy to adjust.
