I have been using this software for over 10 years now as an employee of my current employer (in addition to freelance work).
It's very easy/intuitive once you get used it but there were times when we had issues with certain features not working correctly or at all - which was frustrating since they're pretty much always trying out new things! Keep up your good job though because their customer support team has improved immensely recently so if something isn't functioning properly give them some time before reporting bugs etc., instead try getting help from one another first :) Their platform allows us access via multiple devices including mobile phones too while being able track progress easily through reports available within each task assigned by customers who use datatechs' API integration feature; also helps keep everyone organized internally without having any confusion about where tasks need completed next especially during large projects involving many employees across different departments like mine does here currently :D.
