A Great Way For Businesses And Job Seekers To Connect
I like how easy it was for me to create my profile and get connected with hiring managers at different businesses within the same industry as mine. The website itself looks very outdated and could use some design updates/upgrades. There are also no filters or categories of jobs so you have to search through every single job opening until you see something that interests you. It can be difficult to locate specific positions when there's not enough filtering options. However, sometimes if you click on "more" under each listing, they will give you more information about what kind of position that company has open. This allows you to narrow down your searches even further! We've been able to fill several roles over time by working together via our profiles on this site.
- Allowing small business owners in similar industries across country (and eventually beyond!) reach one another is such an amazing initiative made possible due to platforms like coople!!! Also allowing those who do work remotely from home access career opportunity listings close to their areas helps them find new opportunities too!! Definitely worth checking out if looking specifically hard to fill talent needs locally AND internationally
