Love, love, love this handbag! Very cute and exactly the same as the photos (I ordered black). The reason I only gave 4 stars is the straps. I wanted a crossbody style but the gold chain is short so the other band is like a strap but the big problem is the gold chain is not detachable at all so you have to put it in your purse. This is a problem because the chain is heavy and the wallet is small so you are now using up valuable storage space for the heavy chain. So I took pliers to just take the gold chain off and it was impossible not to take it off at all. Note. I'm small so the band strap was perfect for me as a crossbody bag, not sure if it would fit a taller person.
